HUMAN CORD BLOOD MONONUCLEAR CELLS
Mononuclear cells are critical components of the immune system which are involved in both humoral and cell-mediated immunity. Human cord blood mononuclear cells are often used in research and clinical applications such as in microbiology, virology, oncology, vaccine development, transplant and regenerative biology, and toxicology.
Human Cord Blood MNCs are isolated from human cord blood by density gradient centrifugation. Our cord blood MNCs can be further processed to isolate a variety of subpopulations. All cord blood is collected in CPD from fully consented IRB approved donors.
