NAIVE NON-HUMAN PRIMATE-CYNOMOLOGUS CD3+ PAN T CELLS
Pan T cells have a CD3 multimeric protein complex, which is composed of four distinct chains (CD3g, CD3d and two CD3e). CD3 is expressed in most T cell lineages. These T cells can be subdivided into NK cells, CD8+ cytotoxic T cells and CD4+ helper T cells just to name a few. T cells are used to perform research in immunology as well as oncology and infectious disease.
PPA's Non Human Primate CD3+ Pan T Cells are isolated from Non Human Primate mononuclear cells by negative selection. All NaiveNon-Human Primate whole blood is collected by venipuncture from animals housed within the United States.
